Composition & Purity
Sacra Botanicals® works with simple formulas, made up of plants, resins and natural essences, kept as close to their original form as possible. The composition is not an exercise in complexity, but a careful selection decision.
Purity is the result of clarity: what remains when intervention is minimized.
Composition principle
Each product is made from a limited number of ingredients, chosen for their aromatic character and natural stability over time.
The composition remains legible and direct. Each element is recognizable and retains its role without being artificially supported by others.
Botanical raw materials
The ingredients come from plants and resins traditionally used in rituals of fumigation, aromatization and presence. The raw material is allowed to express itself without being masked or reinterpreted.
Subtle differences between batches are accepted as part of the botanist's living nature.
Formula integrity
The aroma results exclusively from the raw material used.
Formulas are not built to impress, but to remain stable and consistent over time.
Purity is maintained by the absence of unnecessary addition and by the refusal of subsequent correction.
No artificial correction
We do not aim for uniform odor between batches and do not adjust the aromatic profile to meet external expectations.
Natural is not “enhanced.” It is preserved.
Stability and continuity
The formulas are designed to remain stable without altering the structure of the ingredients. The natural behavior of the plant or resin in burning or diffusion is respected.
Composition and purity define the boundaries of Sacra Botanicals®.
All that is essential remains.
Everything that is redundant is excluded.
A space for reflection on burning plants, rhythm and presence.
Diary
Thoughts on fumigation, ritual and gestures of use, written as ritualistic reflections, in which Sacra Botanicals® plants and formulations continue their presence beyond the catalog. We write rarely, when there is something to write about.
Not all plants are burned alone. Some reveal their meaning only in relation to others, when the burning becomes a collective, slow and coherent gesture that sustains presence without imposing itself.
Fire, heat and leather - the ways in which the aroma is placed
Heating and applying the essential oil are different but complementary gestures. In the case of Boswellia Sacra, the aroma is not forced or rushed: it opens slowly through the heat or remains close, on the skin, as a personal sign. This article explores the ways in which the same essence can be placed between space and presence.
How to change a space when you don't want to change it
Sometimes, a space doesn't need to be changed, but just allowed to breathe differently. Ambient fumigation becomes a discreet gesture through which the air settles, without intention and without imposed direction.
