1. Shipping Areas

Sacra Botanicals® ships orders exclusively to:

- Romania
- Member States of the European Union (EU)

We do not ship outside the European Union.

2. Order Processing

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from payment confirmation.
-Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods (holidays, launches, special campaigns), order processing may be delayed. Where possible, such situations will be communicated through the store’s official channels.

3. Shipping Method

- Shipping is carried out via Cargus.
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the delivery destination.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

- Romania: 1–4 business days from dispatch
- European Union: 5–7 business days from dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, destination, or external conditions (e.g. peak periods, weather conditions, high shipping volumes).

5. Shipping Costs

- Shipping costs are displayed and calculated automatically at checkout.
- Free shipping for orders with a total value of at least 299 RON, for deliveries within Romania.
- For deliveries within the European Union, shipping costs apply regardless of order value and are calculated at checkout.

6. Special Products and Orders

For certain products or limited editions, different processing times may apply. Such information will be clearly specified on the product page, where applicable.

7. Damaged Parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged:

- Responsibility lies with the courier.
- The customer is asked to contact us as soon as possible and provide relevant photo evidence in order to initiate the resolution process.

- Delays occurring after dispatch and caused by the courier are not attributable to Sacra Botanicals®.
- We will provide reasonable support for tracking the parcel and communicating with the courier company, when necessary.
