Sacra Botanicals® collaborates with retreats, venues, facilitators, cultural projects, curated experiences, and communities that share an authentic affinity for nature, botanical materials, and carefully crafted experiences.

Our products are made in limited batches, and each collaboration is assessed individually, based on context, compatibility, and the potential to create real value for all parties involved.

We do not seek exposure at any cost and do not participate in mass distribution campaigns. We prefer partnerships built naturally, with clear objectives, mutual benefits, and respect for the identity of each brand involved.

How we can collaborate

Depending on the context, Sacra Botanicals® can contribute through:

• Selected products for retreats and group experiences;
• Samples for participants;
• Products for giveaways or raffles;
• Exclusive benefits dedicated to partner communities;
• Experiences and activations created together with our partners;
• Relevant content and presentation materials for the project.

Each collaboration is evaluated individually.

What we expect from a collaboration

When we contribute products, time, resources, or visibility, we expect the partnership to generate mutual value and provide a clear framework for collaboration.

Depending on the nature of the project, this may include:

• Mentioning Sacra Botanicals® as a partner;
• Brand presence in event communications;
• Tags and mentions on social media;
• Brand integration into relevant materials;
• Photos and video materials created during the event;
• Opportunity to use created content for our own communications;
• Visibility before, during, and after the event;
• Access to relevant statistics regarding the impact of the collaboration;
• Opportunities to present products to participants;
• Benefits dedicated to the community and mechanisms for measuring results.

The contributions offered by Sacra Botanicals® are determined based on the value, visibility, and deliverables assumed by each partner.

What we do not offer

To maintain brand integrity and sustainability, we generally do not offer:

• Free products without a clear collaboration framework;
• Sponsorships based solely on the promise of exposure;
• Product distribution without defined objectives and deliverables;
• Mass gifting campaigns;
• Collaborations that do not show real compatibility with the values and direction of Sacra Botanicals®.

How we evaluate a proposal

To analyze a collaboration request, it helps us to know:

• Who is organizing the project;
• What is its context and purpose;
• Date and location;
• Estimated number of participants;
• Community profile;
• Requested products and desired quantities;
• How they will be integrated;
• Visibility offered to partners;
• Communication channels used;
• Proposed deliverables.

This information allows us to assess whether there is a natural fit between the project and the Sacra Botanicals® universe.
