If you have placed an online order on sacrabotanicals.eu and wish to exercise your legal right of withdrawal, you can use the form below.

This page allows you to submit your withdrawal request electronically, without the need to create an account or log in to the store.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product or, in the case of an order delivered in multiple packages, from the date you received the last product.

Submitting the form constitutes notification of your decision to withdraw from the contract. After submission, you will automatically receive an email confirmation with the details of your request.

Important before completing

Exercising the right of withdrawal does not automatically mean approval of the return or full refund.

Returned products will be inspected upon receipt, depending on the product category and the condition in which they are returned.

For natural, aromatic, sealed, volatile, or personal use products - such as natural incense, botanical blends, essential oils, roll-ons, incense sticks, and consumables - the return can only be accepted if the product is unopened, unused, unconsumed, complete, and in its original intact packaging.

Products that are opened, tested, burned, heated, applied to the skin, partially consumed, contaminated, or returned with diminished weight/volume may be refused a refund or may be subject to a reduced refund, in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy.

Please do not send the product back before receiving return instructions. After registering your request, we will send you the necessary steps for returning the product.
